About our company

Who we are

We are an online marketplace built around a simple idea: everything you shop for, in one place, from people you can trust. Our own stores and a growing circle of independent sellers list their products here, and you buy from all of them with one basket, one checkout and one account.

What you will find here

• A wide choice. From food and everyday essentials to electronics, fashion and things for the home — each product with clear pictures, an honest description and its price in full.
• Sellers we know. Every seller is reviewed and approved by us before it sells here, and each has a store page of its own where you can see what it offers and what its customers say.
• Fair prices. Deals that run for a limited time, coupons, and no charge that you were not shown before you paid.

How an order travels

You place an order and it is confirmed to you at once. The seller packs it, a delivery partner brings it to your door, and you can follow each step from your account. If something is not right when it arrives, our return and refund policies say plainly what happens next.

What we care about

• Honesty. What you see on a product's page is what you should receive.
• Care for your details. We ask only for what an order needs, and our privacy policy says what we do with it.
• Being there. A real answer when you write to us, before and after you buy.
