Where we deliver
We deliver to the addresses the checkout accepts. If we cannot deliver to an address, the checkout says so before you pay.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you confirm it. It depends on where the order is going, on its weight and size, on the seller it comes from and on the delivery method you choose. Delivery is free where an offer on the store says so.
How long it takes
Orders are packed as soon as they are confirmed. Where a delivery method gives an estimate of its time, the checkout shows it; it is an estimate, and weather, holidays or customs can add to it. An order with products from several sellers may arrive in more than one parcel.
Following your order
Each step — confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered — is shown on the order's page in your account, with the courier's tracking details where the courier gives them. You can also use Track order with your order's number and your phone number.
Receiving your order
Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the address you gave. An order paid on delivery is paid in full when it is handed over, and you may be asked for the delivery code shown on your order. If a delivery fails because nobody was there or the address was wrong, we contact you to arrange another; a further charge may apply.
If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete
Report it from the order's page as soon as possible, with pictures. Our Return and Refund policies say what happens next.
Deliveries to another country
Where we deliver across a border, import duties and taxes charged by the country of destination are paid by the person receiving the parcel, unless the checkout shows them as included.
