Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as far as an order or the law requires:
- Sellers — a seller whose product you order sees the name, phone number and address needed to fulfil that order.
- Delivery partners — the name, phone number and address a parcel is delivered to.
- Payment providers — when you pay online, the payment is handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout. We do not keep your card number.
- Service providers — the services that send our e-mails and text messages and that host the store, for that purpose only.
- Authorities — where a law or a court order requires it.
Cookies
The store uses cookies it cannot work without — they keep you signed in and remember your basket — and, if you allow them, cookies that remember your preferences and help us understand how the store is used. How long we keep it
We keep your account details for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account your profile is removed; the record of your orders is kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Keeping it safe
Passwords are never kept in readable form, and customer information is open only to the staff and the sellers who need it for an order. No system is beyond every risk; if something ever affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
The store is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone who is too young to make a purchase under the law of their country.
