If something you bought is not right, you can send it back. This page says what can be returned, how, and who pays for the way back.
What you can return
A product can be returned while its refund period runs, when it is unused, in the condition it arrived in, and complete — with its packaging, tags, accessories and anything that came free with it.
What cannot be returned
- food and other perishable goods, once delivered;
- personal care and hygiene products whose seal has been opened;
- products made or altered to your order;
- digital products, once they have been downloaded or their code has been revealed;
- anything marked as non-returnable on its product page.
A product that arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered can always be reported, whatever its kind.
How to return a product
Sign in, open the order in your account and ask for a refund of the item, saying what is wrong and adding pictures where they help. Once the request is approved we tell you how the item comes back — sent by you, or collected from you. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.
Who pays for the way back
We or the seller pay when the product arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered. When you return a product that was as described, the cost of sending it back is yours, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
After we receive it
The returned product is checked. If it comes back as this policy asks, your money is paid back as our Refund policy describes. If it does not — used, damaged or incomplete — we tell you, and agree with you what happens to it.
Exchanges
To get another size, colour or product, return the one you have and place a new order for the one you want.
Damaged in delivery
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, say so to the person delivering it if you can, and report it from the order's page as soon as possible, with pictures of the parcel and of the product.
